1. Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for customers who have mistakenly ordered the wrong size on their initial purchase.
2.Hygiene Regulations:
For hygiene purposes, please ensure you wear underwear when trying on your swimsuit for the first time to verify the fit and style.
3. How to Exchange an Item:
- Kindly complete the form below within 7 days of receiving your item to notify us of your exchange.
- Items beyond the 7-day return period are ineligible for return unless authorized by our team.
- We will evaluate your request, furnish you with our return address, and provide further instructions.
- The exchanged item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- All items must be in new, unworn, unmarked condition with tags and hygiene liners in place.
4. Return Guidelines:
- Garments showing signs of wear, distinct odors, soiling, damage, or missing hygiene liners or size tags will not be accepted.
- MUA Swimwear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria for a new condition or for instances of change of mind.
- Please ensure your return parcel is sent via registered post along with a copy of your receipt.
- MUA Swimwear assumes no responsibility for any lost garments during the return process.
5. Store Credit and Processing
- Store credit will be issued for the item returned for exchange, with the exclusion of postage.
- Processing of your store credit will take 1-2 business days upon receipt and inspection.
- You will receive a Store Credit Coupon via email, which can be utilized for future purchases to reorder the preferred size.
6. Special Considerations:
- Sale, bundle, clearance, and promotional items are considered final sales, and no credit note will be issued for exchanges on these items.
- Please note that MUA Swimwear pieces, particularly limited edition prints, may not guarantee availability for exchanges due to their unique manufacturing process.
