Q: Can I special order a color or print I’ve seen on MUA Instagram but cannot find it in the store?

Send us a pic of the bikini you like, and we will check to see if we have any of that fabric left. Sometimes we may have just a small amount left and would be more than happy to make one for you if we can.

Q: My order only has one item on special order, the rest are not. How will you ship these?

We will ship them all together after the special-order item is completed. If you would like to get the other item/s sooner, please contact us so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.

Q: What payment options are available to me?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to check out with Paypal.

Q: Are there any delivery costs?

Yes, delivery costs are associated, and we provide standard & express services. Cost will vary depending on your location & the postal / courier services available in your area. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, Clifornia.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship globally!

Q:How Long Will It Take To Dispatch & Receive My Order?

In most cases we will have your order ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days or up to 5 business days for pre/back orders. We cannot give a specific time frame regarding the shipping itself, but we do provide tracking with our orders for your convenience & peace of mind.

Q: Will I Have To Pay International Tax & Duty?

International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Mua Swimwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mua Swimwear. If you are not a resident of a country you are visiting and wanting to purchase our products, please check the rules and regulations with Customs for that country to ensure there is no issue with you receiving packages.

RISK OF LOSS Mua Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and in transit with the postal carrier. You must contact their customer support and report your parcel missing.

Mua Swimwear is based in California, United States, and will be closed on America’s Public Holidays. All orders received on an American Public Holiday will be processed the next business day.
